I grew up in a tight-knit family, navigating complex systems from a young age and learning that leadership isn’t about titles—it’s about showing up. That early responsibility planted the seed for the woman I would become: a strategist, a connector, and a champion for rising leaders.
Today, I’m an award-winning pharmaceutical executive, a speaker who inspires action, and a coach who walks alongside emerging professionals ready to own their brilliance.
With over 15 years in risk management and regulatory strategy, I’ve worked across global pharmaceutical organizations, led complex FDA negotiations, and developed programs that prioritize patient safety and access. Alongside my industry work, I’ve designed and led initiatives that support equity, mentorship, and the development of next-generation leaders—especially women, students of color, and first-generation professionals. One of my proudest accomplishments was launching a student-focused micro-conference that grew into an ongoing leadership and mentorship platform, helping young professionals access opportunities and build meaningful careers.
But my work doesn’t stop in the boardroom.
Through Eleva Coaching, I support students, early-career professionals, career pivoters, and new leaders. I help them connect their strengths, clarify their vision, and build careers rooted in purpose—not just position.
And when I speak, I do it with one goal in mind:
To help others rise.
My story is one of resilience, culture, and community. From overcoming early challenges to raising two daughters while building my career—I’ve learned that clarity, courage, and connection are the real foundations of success.
When I speak, I do it with one goal in mind: To help others rise.
My story is one of resilience, culture, and community. From overcoming early challenges to raising two daughters while building my career—I’ve learned that clarity, courage, and connection are the real foundations of success.
I’m a thought leader in pharmaceutical risk management with over 15 years of experience designing and leading strategies that prioritize patient safety, ensure regulatory compliance, and expand access to life-saving therapies. I currently lead a team at a global pharmaceutical company, where we develop and optimize risk management programs across multiple therapeutic areas. My work involves close collaboration with the FDA, and I’m proud to help shape solutions that protect public health while minimizing unnecessary burdens on the healthcare system.
But my purpose goes far beyond regulatory strategy.
I’m deeply committed to advancing health equity, mentoring the next generation of leaders, and creating spaces where underrepresented professionals can thrive. As a Board Member of WOCIP, I co-led the Next Generation Pillar and helped launch the Virtual Career Connections Micro-Conference—connecting college students of color with meaningful career opportunities in life sciences. In 2024, I was honored with WOCIP’s Onyx Award in recognition of my leadership and impact.
My commitment to community continues through my role on the Advisory Council for the RISE Women’s Leadership Forum and my board service with Pathways/Senderos, a youth-focused nonprofit dedicated to building strong families and lifelong success. I also previously served on the Advisory Board for UC Irvine’s Division of Continuing Education.
As a speaker, I regularly share insights on health equity, intentional leadership, imposter syndrome, and using your story as a tool for transformation—sparking reflection and action on stages across the country.
My journey has included leadership roles at Aimmune Therapeutics—where I earned the Pinnacle Award for leading global REMS initiatives—as well as Titan Pharmaceuticals, Alexion Pharmaceuticals, and Aetna. My work and voice have been featured in We Are Pharma and Extraordinary Latinas Vol IV, and I’m honored to be the 2025 recipient of the REMS Industry Consortium’s Ambassador Award.
I hold an MBA from Post University, a BA in Criminology from Central Connecticut State University, and I’m currently pursuing my doctorate.
As a proud first-generation Puerto Rican-American wife and mom of two incredible daughters, I carry my culture, my community, and my commitment to service into everything I do. Whether I’m leading teams, coaching rising professionals, or speaking from the stage, I show up with strategy, compassion, and the belief that we rise by lifting others.

She brought a unique and fresh leadership perspective to the discussion on patient safety. Jackie spoke with passion about diversity in patient safety, and her message truly resonated with me. She speaks with both conviction and clarity. Her leadership in this space is purposeful and inspiring. She brought authenticity, openness and warmth to our team at the conference.

I first connected with Jacqueline in 2022 when she spoke at the WOCIP (OneWe) micro‑conference. Even virtually, her authenticity and insight inspired me. Jacqueline is truly a woman of her word. She lifts others with intention and helps professionals in our field think bigger, lead boldly, and move the industry forward. I am grateful to have crossed paths with her.

Her energy is absolutely magnetic! The way she speaks about her work and passion for the pharmaceutical industry really inspired me to consider a career in that field. I left the event feeling motivated and excited about my future. I admire her leadership and her ongoing support and connections in my journey.

I had the amazing opportunity to serve on a panel along side Jackie during the World Drug Safety Congress. It was a privilege to be asked by Jackie to share my experiences and perspectives in the biopharmaceutical industry where I provided clinical education to the healthcare community in a space where health equity is lacking. Jackie gave me the platform to highlight challenges and frustrations faced by patients and providers alike. Thank you, Jackie for your strength, energy, and resilience.
