Leadership is not just about the roles we hold—it’s about the communities we choose to build and support. I’m honored to share that I’ve joined the Strategic Advisory Council for R.I.S.E., a nonprofit organization committed to developing bold, prepared, and purpose-driven women leaders.

R.I.S.E. is a 501(c)(3) educational organization focused on advancing women’s leadership through actionable development, inclusive dialogue, and meaningful community. Their work supports women across traditional, entrepreneurial, and creative career paths—creating spaces where leaders can learn, connect, and grow together.

What makes R.I.S.E. especially powerful is its holistic approach to leadership. The organization recognizes that leadership development doesn’t happen in isolation. It happens through mentorship, access to networks, and communities that encourage women to lead authentically while honoring balance, wellbeing, and whole-person leadership.

I’m also deeply inspired by R.I.S.E.’s commitment to the next generation through the Young Women’s Circle, which provides girls and young women with early access to mentorship, opportunity, and leadership exposure. At the same time, initiatives like Men Who Get It highlight the importance of partnership and allyship in building workplaces and communities where women can thrive.

Serving on the Strategic Advisory Council is an opportunity for me to contribute my perspective as a leader, mentor, and advocate for representation and equity. Throughout my career, I’ve seen firsthand how powerful it is when women are supported, encouraged, and given the space to step fully into their potential.

The mission of R.I.S.E.—to develop leaders who are bold, prepared, and purpose-driven—aligns deeply with the work I care about: helping women recognize their voice, embrace their influence, and lead with intention.

Because the future of leadership is not built by one voice alone. It is shaped by communities that believe in lifting one another up—and ensuring the next generation has even more opportunity than the last.
