Growth is an interesting thing. It rarely happens all at once. It unfolds slowly—through experiences, relationships, mistakes, small victories, and moments of reflection. One day you realize the person in the mirror is a little more confident, a little more thoughtful, a little more themselves than they were before. I also love noticing that growth when I work with young professionals and emerging leaders.
There’s a curiosity, a willingness to ask questions, and a desire to lead in ways that feel thoughtful and purposeful. It reminds me that growth isn’t about having everything figured out. It’s about staying open—to learning, to evolving, and to becoming more of who you are meant to be.
Here's a picture of me, still growing -- which is my lifelong goal, actually.
