Today is Reach As High As You Can Day!
Early in our lives, “reaching higher” often looks like promotions, titles, or external milestones. Those goals can be motivating, and they help us grow.
But over time, many people begin to define growth differently.
It becomes less about recognition and more about alignment — doing work that reflects your values, using your strengths in meaningful ways, and building a life that feels intentional.
I’m always curious how people think about this. What does “reaching higher” mean to you at this stage of your life or career?
