I’m incredibly grateful to be nominated for the 2025 Extraordinary Latinas Awards by UNITED LATINAS, in the Connecting Community category.
As a first-generation Puerto Rican woman, this recognition means so much more than a title — it reflects a lifelong commitment to uplifting others, creating spaces of belonging, and leading with empathy and purpose.
To me, community is about showing up — for our families, our teams, and for the next generation of leaders who are watching. It’s about sharing our sazón — our unique mix of gifts — and helping others rise in the process.
